man this sucks. kernel says it's mounted root, but it can't find init; i've fsck'd the drive (lots of errors); stat'd the /sbin/init file (returns fine) - but the kernel can't find it. Acts like it's not the correct root partition; but everything seems to be there. I wouldn't mind some help right about now...
