Well, I figured out one reason my radeon 9600 pro doesn't work in linux; the AGP driver doesn't work with the Via KT400 chipset in Redhat 9! Apparently linux kernels < 2.4.21 don't recognize the chipset and won't load the agpgart driver; I'm recompiling 2.4.22 right now; I'll let you know how the video card support is after that.
