over wireless. So I bought a Linksys WAP54G to put up in my house. This can do 802.11g (which is backwards compatible w/ 802.11b), so I shouldn't have a problem streaming videos over it. Should be a nice speed improvement. I imagine I'm going to setup crazy WEP/WPA stuff, too; maybe authenticated (that'd be really slick).
I'll probably sell my trusty WAP11 to my in-laws; both my brother-in-law and sister-in-law want a Laptop (that I'm going to find for them, not give them) and they'd like to be able to get online at the same time. Of course, this will mean setting up Internet Connection Sharing through their WinXP desktop, but that box should be much more stable if they're not installing software on it all the time.
